We believe in that there is no better model for church leadership structure than that outlined in the new testament. Harvest is served by two deacons who are in turn served by a team of elders under apostolic direction. There is accountability and transparency of the local leadership to the eldership and finances are annually and independently audited. Brian Watts and Mark Saunders are the elder appointed deacons serving Harvest and are in turn supported by a mature team of responsible believers serving in the various ministries.
